Three things have always defined me: being an athlete, pursuing a career in acting and owning a talent agency, and my lifelong love of Arabian horses. Each has challenged me, inspired me, and helped shape the woman I am today. They continue to fuel my passion for excellence, growth, and living life with exceptional results.
Jennifer is an actor, cancer survivor, FMC Ambassador and Engineer, sharing her story and experiences through speaking engagements, podcasts and most recently as part of Life Interrupted, the Cancer Series, focused on providing support to those navigating cancer; whether a patient, survivor, caretaker, family, or friend impacted by this disease. Her nonprofit that she supports is The PinkJet.org a (501)(c)(3). Their mission is to raise money for breast cancer awareness & nonprofits, providing aviation demonstrations and educational events while supporting and promoting girls and women in STEM careers. As a founding Ambassador of ThePinkJet.org, breast cancer survivor and a woman in STEM, she is committed to carrying the mission forward in a meaningful way, participation at air shows, raising funds, and advocating on behalf of the cause and in support of the organization. Jeff Reynolds has spent his career doing one thing: showing up for people who are building something that makes a difference. As a Producer, Coach, and Philanthropic Visionary he has built a life at the intersection of film, community, and nonprofits. He holds his B.S. and M.B.A in Finance and recently founded FMC, a business incubator that supports emerging filmmakers, musicians, and comedians in Arizona and beyond. FMC also operates a Give Back Hub to support over 30 nonprofits. FMC will be hosting a Philanthropic Film Challenge where filmmakers will randomly select the non-profit and film a 5-minute short to support that non-profit. Results of the challenge will be screened and announced at The Pollack Theater in the fall of 2026.
As a Film Festival Consultant, he also serves on the advisory boards for these festivals: Chandler International, Show Low, and Hollywood Blvd.

Wes Martinez is a Mexican (of indigenous people) actor, writer, and comedian. He has been performing improv comedy for over 13 years (Upright Citizens Brigade, The Second City, iO West) and now primarily focuses his time working on television and film as an actor. He has worked on Emmy award winning comedies like Modern Family, Young Sheldon, and PEN15, while also taking on roles in dramas like Yellowjackets, The Lowdown, and The Five Star Weekend.
Matthew Earl Jones if the Director of Arizona Commerce Authority’s Film & Digital Media Program. Jones has worked on both sides of the camera in film, television, and commercials, as well as in the music industry. Matthew has more than 33 years of production experience in the Japanese, New York, Los Angeles, and Phoenix markets. Recent credits include: Line Producer on Indie Feature”Manifest Destiny Down” (Los Angeles), APOC (Arizona) on “Furious 7”, and Celebrity Judge for Arizona Idol, FOX TV (Phoenix). He has also produced more than 50 national and international television commercials, including ones starring Queen Latifah, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Ray Charles.
JMach is a husband, father, U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, and the creator of The JMach Experience and JMach Sandbox. An award-winning podcast host, filmmaker, speaker, and ABC15 Salute to Services Honoree, he uses authentic storytelling to inspire connection by asking one powerful question: “How are you REALLY doing?” His mission is to combat Veteran and First Responder suicide—one story, one conversation at a time.
Kelly Sallaway is an Emmy-winning Executive Producer and documentary filmmaker with deep experience in funding and distributing unscripted content, having brought numerous documentaries to life through commissioning, co-production, and strategic partnerships. She is as passionate about producing on set as she is about navigating the complex landscape of financing and distribution. Her recent credits include the 3-part docuseries Prisoner of the Prophet, commissioned as a Discovery+ Original and now streaming on HBO Max, and her latest feature documentary, Prairie Prophecy, is being distributed for national broadcast on Public Television in 2026.
Barb Bisanz was a former special education teacher with a master’s degree in behavior disorders/learning disabilities before turning to film production. She is co-owner and producer for Spinning Reels Productions, LLC, a script reader for a production company in California and a member of the Producers’ Guild of America (PGA). She has been in the film industry for over 20 years.
Randal Lee Smith is an award winning director and screenwriter who has written nine feature screenplays and five shorts of which three shorts and 3 features have been produced. The most recent, “Dark Side of Night” is currently available on major streaming platforms worldwide. Randal is co-founder and co-owner of Spinning Reels Productions with Producer Barbara Bisanz.
Ash Hess is a retired Army combat veteran, firearms instructor, and lead author of the Army marksmanship manual, TC 3-22.9.
He recently served as technical advisor and armorer for the feature film R.E.M. and provided follow-on weapons and movement training for its actors.
Drawing on more than two decades of military service and years of developing marksmanship doctrine, Hess specializes in helping productions balance cinematic storytelling with safe, authentic, and believable military action.
Les Scott is a veteran of the music industry whose publishing company Source Q Boutique specializes in music placement in film and television and currently represents over 400 writers/artists. He advises filmmakers on how to avoid serious mistakes when it comes to the use of music in their works.

Marilyn Swick is a Cave Creek based multiple award-winning Director, screenwriter, SAG-AFTRA actor, acting coach, and producer under her company, Sleep On It Productions. Marilyn attended the New York Film Academy, received her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Georgetown University, and was accepted into the Julliard School of Drama Extension division, NYC in 2025.
